With properties of flame-retardant, abrasion–resistant, aging-resistant, UV proof, cold-resistant, excellent electrical property, smooth and round surface

Can be applied to wires, power line and connector plug

Its properties can meet the UL1581/UL758 requirement and its environmental properties can meet the laws and regulation of RoHS, Sony SS00259 and REACH requirements

3,Processing:

Intruding processing: it should be processed by the normal intruder, which screw L/D≥20

It is better to use the low compression ratio low smoke halogen-free screw

The following temperature (°C) profile of extruder is recommended:

 Note: recommended dried the materials 2 to 4 hours in the temperature 80°C before using it

4, Storage and transport:

25kg/bag, PE membrane inside bag, and Kraft outside bag

Storage and transport: avoiding in direct sunlight and weathering

The storage place should be in clean, cool, dry and ventilated conditions

5, Properties:

  Melt Index test conditions: 190°C/2.16kg.
